WHY IS YOGA IMPORTANT TO YOU? So many reasons!! As someone who has been in the fitness industry for a long time I have put my body under a lot of pressure and over the years I’ve experienced a number of injuries. Yoga has been an important part of my rehabilitation and building my body to be more resilient. However, the huge mental and spiritual benefits are the main reasons I practice. Whether at home, on holiday or in the studio, my mat is my safe place where I try to avoid the ego and rebuild myself from the inside out.
